As of March 2008, 85% of clients chose to do  their follow-up appointments from home.  Once the office lease ended later that spring, Career Ferocious went web-based. Our career coaching and résumé rates are still lower than they were before March 2008! All Career Ferocious appointments are facilited telephonically and online.

ONE RATE POLICY

We believe that our clients are equal; determined professionals commited to improving their lives through career.  While some service providers offer a range of rates based on your position or years of experience we  provide full our expertise for all at one flat rate.

Career Coaching:     $289 for 4 hours.  Service is refunded / prorated for unused time.

Career Coaching Process

The first appointment we will establish a focused goal, provide tools, resources, and suggest steps that are relevant.  Following the first appointment you will receive by email your tailored Career Management Strategy, plus relevant resources attached.  The clear instructions provided make your collaboration with us effective and highly efficient.

At the time of follow-up appointments we debrief the steps from your Career Management Strategy, then together we plan the next necessary steps that will move you even closer to the goal.  You will receive your updated Career Management Strategy by email.

This process is repeated as necessary.  95% of our clients achieve their goal with 2 – 4 hours of help from a Career Ferocious Architect.
